Over the last few years we have been developing and refurbishing Brian Jackson House, a massive 2500 m2 converted railway goods warehouse beside the railway interchange at the heart of Huddersfield's town centre. We had many meetings with different organisations looking at the access and facilities to the building, all these points have been looked at by our architect’s. The Trustees
and Management Team were in agreement that Brian Jackson
House now conforms to Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).
NCC not only provides direct services to children & young adults but also supports a host of other agencies working for young people & families. Many of these groups are tenants at Brian Jackson House.
The building has excellent access to the bus and railway stations. Over the last few years different contractors along with our own work force have been working hard putting in new stairways and a lift, forming new offices and space that will be a place that children & young people will want to be in.
You'll find all these agencies & more based at Brian Jackson House

Vision House is NCC's latest building development and home to a second Pass it on, New Beginnings and the new location for BJ Cool.
We have already started developing the building for our young people to progress in a relaxing, comfortable environment and willl be updating images of our new building soon.
Although the NCC has supported children and young people for 25 years,
we are still seeking
continuous
improvement. Future building developments and
partnerships will ensure
NCC
reaches
it’s
full potential in serving this community.
